Jonas Andersson (Chairman)
After having spent two years in different Bible colleges he stepped out in full-time ministry in his early twenties, involved in church planting. God spoke to him about the nations and he joined and preached in his first campaign in Pakistan in 2004. Since then Jonas has preached and ministered in more than 25 nations with a burning passion to see the unreached people groups reached with the Gospel.
In 2006 he joined Go Out Mission helping the founder Rickard Lundgren develop the international work. Today Jonas is leading the organisation with their team of 11 campaign preachers from the GOM head office in Nässjö, Sweden.
In 2015 Jonas was chosen by the ACE board to become the new chairman. He replaced the founder of ACE, Richard Gunning, who felt the time had come to hand over the chairman’s role to the next generation.
Richard Gunning (Founder)
Richard Gunning comes from Belfast, Northern Ireland. He was saved at the age of 20 and soon sensed a strong call to preach the Gospel.
Richard studied at Evidence of faith Bible Institute in Norway 1982 – 1983 where he met Pastor Peter Karangu from Kenya.
In 1990 they founded “Reach The Unreached Ministries” (RTU), focused firmly on unreached people groups in Africa and Asia.
Richard has been leading pioneer Gospel campaigns since 1990 in many nations, supporting national pastors and training local Christians.
In 2002 Richard launched ACE at a small conference in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Richard was chairman from 2002 up to 2016 when he felt the time was right to pass on the “baton” to the next generation and Jonas Andersson was appointed chairman. Richard is married to Agnes and has three grown-up sons who all serve the Lord.

Mikael Boman
Since 1997 Mikael Boman has been involved in mission on an international level. He is the founder of Svensk Pionjärmission, an organization focusing on reaching the unreached with the Gospel, which was started in 2004. Mikael think’s it is a human right for every person to hear the gospel at least once during his or her life time.
Mikael is also the founder of Pioneer Mission Discipleship School in Sri Lanka, a training center equipping men and women to become makers of disciples.
Mikael is married to Theresa and together they have four children. Since 2004 they are based in Sweden.
Karl Hargestam
At the age of 21 Karl Hargestam left his native Sweden with a mandate to reach the unreached people in Africa with the Gospel.
During his early mission work in Africa, Karl, together with his family and staff, became the reason for great change among African tribes that had never heard of Jesus.
Karl and his wife Jennifer are founders of “Joshua Campaign International”, “Mission One Eleven” and several other organizations..
Karl has been a catalyst for a pioneer mission movement that has seen over 4.7 million people respond to the Gospel. Up to 370, 000 people have been present in a single campaign service.
Karl lives in USA and was invited to join the board of ACE in 2018.
Hans Martin Skagestad
Hans Martin Skagestad serves as an evangelist with “Evidence of Faith World Evangelism” (Norway). In recent years he has focused on several of the most challenging nations in West Africa and North Africa, especially Burkina Faso and Mali. Here he holds gospel campaigns, helps with church planting and works closely with national evangelists.
He has been involved with ministry since accepting Christ as a 20-year-old, including the establishment of 18 projects designed to support youth. He lives in Kristiansand, Norway with his wife and three children.
Known for his strong pioneering spirit, courage, and wide network of relationships, Hans Martin is determined to pursue his call to the world’s unreached people. He was invited to join the board of ACE in 2018
Rubens Cunha
Rubens Cunha is a Brazilian-born missionary evangelist, author, and international speaker dedicated to leading people to Christ. Rubens has extensive experience leading evangelistic campaigns and outreaches in many countries, including remote and challenging areas of the world.
